Located in the lower part of the old town of La Herradura.
This spacious village house with stunning views was Viva Mar Homes first project. Completed in Autumn 2022, we transformed it from a run down box into a stylish Mediterranean holiday home.

Using local and natural materials we found our style - lots of light and shade, simple luxury, considered interior architecture and pure Mediterranean influences. With our attention to every detail & insistence on quality, at Casa Alboran we redefined the market for 2 bedroom properties in La Herradura.
